Implementing new governance models, tools, and processes is only half the battle; the other half is winning hearts and minds across the organization.
Workshop participants will work through real-world change management scenarios, applying proven frameworks for stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and resistance management. Karen and Carrie will share lessons learned from portfolio transformation initiatives at Terumo and other life sciences organizations, including what worked, what did not, and what they would do differently.
Attendees will leave with a personalized change management action plan they can begin implementing immediately upon returning to their organizations.
